Refund Policy

30-day no-questions-asked refunds. Submit a request through a user-panel ticket; order verification and refund updates are handled in the same ticket.

Refund Period and Eligibility

You may request a full refund with no questions asked within 30 days of your first payment. The ticket submission timestamp determines when a request was made; the time needed for verification and payment-channel processing does not change a request submitted within the refund period. You do not need to explain why the service did not meet your expectations.

This policy applies to refund requests for VPNAG subscription orders. When submitting a request, identify the orders to be reviewed. Monthly subscriptions and data packages are checked separately. A renewal, upgrade, or separate purchase does not restart the refund period for the first payment. If you are unsure which order applies, confirm through a ticket.

Eligible and Ineligible Requests

You may still request a refund after using the service normally within the refund period. VPNAG does not set a data-usage percentage or overage deduction threshold in this policy. A request will not be automatically denied because you connected to a route, imported a subscription, or used some of your data.

Orders outside the refund period are not covered by the no-questions-asked refund commitment above. A refunded payment cannot be refunded again, and an order that was never successfully paid has no completed payment to return. For duplicate charges or an unexpected payment status, submit payment evidence for review.

If an account is involved in a breach of the Terms of Service, unusual usage, or an order dispute, account actions and payment eligibility must be reviewed separately. An unusual-activity flag alone does not determine the refund outcome. If payment-channel rules or applicable law affect the process, the ticket should explain the specific reason; no unpublished data threshold will be applied.

How to Apply and What to Provide

  1. Sign in to the user panel, open the ticket portal, request a refund, and list the relevant orders.
  2. Provide the order number, payment date and time, amount paid, and payment method. If the panel record is incomplete, you may attach payment evidence with unrelated information obscured.
  3. Check replies in the original ticket, provide additional order ownership details if needed, and verify the refund amount and receiving channel.

No email address is required; an account can be created with a username and password. Refund discussions also take place through panel tickets. Do not submit account passwords, payment passwords, wallet private keys, or recovery phrases. If you cannot sign in, check the account recovery guidance through the sign-in page and keep payment evidence available for order verification.

Refund Method and Status

Refunds are generally returned through the original payment channel and are based on the verified amount paid. Submitting a request, completing verification, initiating a refund, and receiving the funds are separate stages; a confirmation that your request is being handled does not mean the funds have arrived.

Timing depends on order verification, payment-channel processing, and the receiving account. This policy does not promise a fixed refund timeline. After a refund is initiated, you can ask for an update in the original ticket. If the channel shows the refund as complete but you have not received the funds, also check the transaction history of the original payment account.

Once a refund is complete, the service benefits associated with that order should end as well. For multiple orders or upgrade records, the refund scope confirmed in the ticket applies. This helps prevent other valid orders from being mistaken as canceled.

Special Payment Methods and Disputes

For Alipay and WeChat Pay orders, refunds are handled through the original transaction whenever possible. If the original payment account has an issue or the channel cannot return funds to the original source, explain the situation in a ticket first. Any alternative method must be confirmed after verifying ownership; requests to send funds to an unverified third party are not accepted.

USDT transfers use a different refund process from Alipay and WeChat Pay transactions. When applying, provide the transaction record and the network used. Before funds are returned, confirm the receiving address, network, and any relevant channel restrictions in the ticket. Do not assume that the original sending address can receive a refund.

If you disagree with the amount, request date, or outcome, add supporting evidence to the original ticket and ask for a review. This refund policy, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy describe the service arrangements and do not limit rights granted to users under applicable law.
