Use cases and service scope
Everyday cross-border access, with routes for different needs
Network acceleration improves the connection path. Whether an AI tool works or which regional catalog a streaming service shows also depends on the platform’s account, location, and content policies. VPNAG provides international routes; when choosing one, consider both the exit region and what you plan to do.
Direct access to AI tools
Before using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Cursor, check which regions the tool currently supports, then select an exit region accordingly. Being able to open a webpage does not guarantee that sign-in, file uploads, or streaming responses will work properly. Test a real task on the same route. For longer conversations, keep your network location consistent and avoid switching regions frequently. VPNAG provides a connection path; it does not replace the target platform’s account requirements or usage policies. For APIs and editor plugins, check the network settings in each application as well.
Streaming access
When using services such as Netflix and Disney+, regional catalogs, membership eligibility, and the connection path all affect playback. Choose an exit region based on the content you want, then check the title details and playback page—not just whether the home page loads. If you see a region notice, first confirm the regions supported by your account and the content, then try another route in the same region. The route list helps you choose a connection; it does not guarantee that every title will play. Video quality also depends on your membership tier, device capabilities, and local network. The service’s current response is the best guide.
Unlimited devices
VPNAG allows unlimited simultaneous devices and supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Set up your work computer and mobile devices for their respective platforms without repeatedly disconnecting just to switch devices. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data, so check the allowance on your plan. To set up a new device, get the client and subscription from your user panel, then verify the connection before using it for everyday tasks. Subscription details are account credentials: keep them secure and never post them publicly or share them with strangers.
Choosing a route during peak evening hours
You can’t judge evening performance by country names or route types alone. First rule out congestion on your local Wi-Fi, background downloads, and device sleep. Then compare routes in the same region using real tasks: webpage loading, sustained AI responses, and video playback are more representative than a single metric. For longer work sessions, keep a regular route and a backup option. IEPL dedicated routes, relayed routes, and direct routes describe different connection paths; the names alone do not predict results. Test them with your current network, and avoid changing multiple settings at once so you can identify the cause of any issue.
Anonymous, no logs
VPNAG’s privacy commitment is anonymous, no-log service. You can create an account with a username and password—no email address required. When reviewing privacy, read the policy’s explanation of what information is handled rather than treating a single promise as a guarantee for all online activity. Websites you visit still process sign-in status, browser information, and anything you submit under their own policies. On public Wi-Fi, keep your device’s software updated, use encrypted website connections, and protect your account password and subscription credentials. Connection performance and account security are separate concerns, and both require attention.
30-day no-questions-asked refund
VPNAG offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. After choosing a plan, test it on your regular devices and real tasks, including signing in to work apps, longer conversations, and streaming playback—not just whether the client says it is connected. If the service doesn’t suit your needs, submit a refund request through a support ticket in your user panel. Check the refund policy for eligibility and process details. When reporting an issue, include the platform, selected region, and any error message; do not send your password or full subscription details. Review refund terms and monthly data reset rules separately.

Route coverage
Global nodes and popular regions
VPNAG covers 120+ countries with 180+ routes. The table below shows sample routes in popular regions; check your user panel for current cities and availability. First confirm which regions the target website supports, then compare the corresponding paths. Country coverage does not mean a particular service is available in every region.
| Country / Region | City | Route type | Streaming support |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hong Kong | Check the panel | IEPL dedicated route | Verify against the service’s regional requirements |
| Japan | Check the panel | Relayed | Verify against the service’s regional requirements |
| United States | Check the panel | Direct | Verify against the service’s regional requirements |
| Singapore | Check the panel | IEPL dedicated route | Verify against the service’s regional requirements |
| Italy | Check the panel | Relayed | Verify against the service’s regional requirements |
Consider both the route and the destination region
IEPL dedicated routes use a dedicated path, relayed routes pass through an intermediary node, and direct routes use a direct connection. These labels describe how a connection is routed; they are not speed rankings that apply to every local network. For everyday browsing, start with a popular route that meets the region requirements. When signing in to AI tools or checking regional catalogs, prioritize consistency of location rather than repeatedly switching exit regions to chase a particular number.
Test your connection with real tasks
Once the client connects, open the target website and test sign-in, file transfers, or sustained playback. If only one app has a problem, check its network settings and service messages first. If all websites are affected, check your local network and current route. For a useful comparison, keep the device, task, and region the same so you can tell what changed. If the issue persists, submit a support ticket through your user panel with an error description that contains no credentials.

Clients and subscriptions
Get the client for your platform
Available for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Get clients and subscriptions from your user panel; you’ll need to sign in and have an active plan. These links take you to the panel and do not provide installation files or subscription URLs directly. Before setting up a new device, confirm its operating system and follow the panel instructions to install and import your subscription.
From account to connection
No email address required—create an account with a username and password. Save your login details, then choose a plan that fits your needs. In the downloads area, use the link for your platform to get the client and subscription, import them, and refresh the route list. Before connecting, check your plan status and data allowance. Seeing routes in the list does not confirm that your target app is using the selected path, so test an actual connection in the app as well.
If the client connects but an app still reports a network error, keep the current route and check whether the app needs its own network settings. Browsers, command-line tools, and editor plugins can behave differently. Change one setting at a time, and note any messages you see so you can reproduce and explain the issue if needed.
Switching devices and keeping your subscription safe
After switching computers or operating systems, sign back in to your user panel to get the compatible client and subscription. There’s no need to search old chat messages for a previous link. Subscription details are account credentials: avoid copying extra spaces or line breaks, and never include the full details in a public screenshot. Before sharing a screenshot for support, hide sensitive information—especially your password and subscription details.
For everyday use, first learn where to connect, disconnect, and refresh your subscription, then configure startup options if needed. Starting the client with your computer does not mean every app will automatically use the same network path, so test again after setup. See the getting-started guide for step-by-step instructions, or read the dedicated article on Windows installation and verification.

Pricing and billing
Monthly plans and data bundles
Monthly plans start at ¥9.9/month. Every plan supports unlimited devices and comes with a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. Choose based on your usage habits and data allowance: browsing and text conversations, frequent file uploads, and extended video streaming all use different amounts of data. This section covers monthly plans; see the plans page for full billing details.
60GB monthly plan
¥9.9/month
A good fit for web browsing, research, and text conversations if you’re happy to check your usage regularly. If you often download large files or stream video for long periods, keep an eye on your actual data use before deciding whether to move to another tier.
- Unlimited devices
- Anonymous, no logs
- 30-day no-questions-asked refund
250GB monthly plan
¥18/month
Well suited to everyday use that mixes research and streaming across multiple devices. Device use is unlimited, but data usage across all devices still counts toward your plan allowance. Choose a tier based on total usage, not the number of devices.
- Unlimited devices
- Anonymous, no logs
- 30-day no-questions-asked refund
500GB monthly plan
¥28/month
A good fit for heavier file transfers and video streaming when you want more room in your data allowance. A higher data tier does not guarantee access to any particular service. Before choosing, test connections to the apps you use and the regions you need.
- Unlimited devices
- Anonymous, no logs
- 30-day no-questions-asked refund
An option without monthly resets: data bundles
Data bundles never expire; use the data until it runs out: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. They suit people with irregular usage who prefer to manage their activity around their remaining data. Bundles and monthly plans differ in billing and how data is used, so don’t compare them on price alone. Decide whether you prefer a monthly allowance or keeping unused data available.
Monthly plan data resets on your activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Before changing tiers, check your current plan status and billing details in the panel; an upgrade does not restart a full plan period. Payments are supported through Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. After paying, return to the panel to check your order and plan status before downloading the client or refreshing your subscription.
If your main use is accessing AI tools, first test sign-in and continued use with the tools you need, then choose a tier based on actual data use. If you mainly stream, also consider regional catalogs, account eligibility, and device playback capabilities. Plan prices and data allowances are fixed billing details; check the target service’s content and regional rules separately.
